What is High On The Hill's Return Policy?
We currently do not accept any returns on the items we sell no matter if it is used or unused. We do our best to clearly provide accurate information of our products through detailed descriptions and high quality photos. Before making a purchase we ask that you fully inspect the product's page and information. If you purchase a certain item and we are out of stock of a certain color we will ship you the same product of a different color. We will not accept any returns do to preference preference.
What if an item arrives broken?
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 3 days of delivery using the link below.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
High On The Hill will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
High On The Hill may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label).
Do you offer exchanges?
If you've received the wrong item please contact us right away so we can correct your order as quickly as possible.
If you request an exchange due to preference unfortunately we will not accept your request.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you can choose to have us resend your item to a different address.
You will be charged the cost of shipping. Please contact us if your package is returned to sender.
